Executive                                                                                                                                                                                                           The Executive Committee governs the business of the CFAP Consortium.  It establishes the agendas and make recommendations to be presented to the Consortium membership meetings. 

Membership                                                                                                                                                                                                           The Membership Committee reviews and approves the membership status of all members of the Consortium on a monthly basis to ensure: parity, inclusion, and representation.

Conflict Resolution                                                                                                                                                                                          This Committee is responsible for the prompt and complete review of all potential conflicts of interest, review potential conflicts of interest, grievances and other disputes as might be brought before the Committee by any Consortium member.  A copy of all Conflict Resolution forms is available here.

Bylaws                                                                                                                                                                                                                       This Committee is responsible for initiating a set of bylaws, reviewing the bylaws upon request of the membership or the Executive Committee and presenting recommended changes to the Consortium.  

Comprehensive Plan                                                                                                                                                                                             The Comprehensive Plan Committee monitors and tracks the goals and objectives outlined in the current Comprehensive Plan.
