About CFAP

The HIV/AIDS epidemic is a growing concern for everyone.

But did you know that Floridians represent 11% of all new HIV and AIDS cases in the United States?

The state of Florida ranks second in the nation in the number of reported cases for HIV and AIDS.

This is a problem that hits closer to home than many of us really understand. Our East Central Florida community is home to a large number of People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWH/A). They are thriving members of our work force, schools, community organizations and neighborhoods.

In support of our neighbors, CFAP works to ensure that special health and service resources are always available for PLWH/A.
