Orlando is home to one of Florida's six Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMA); EMAs receive Title I funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration. Orange County Government acts as the grantee for the Orlando EMA. The Ryan White Title I Office administers and manages funding and service providers in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake Counties.
